SECTION 1 - DIGITAL PRODUCT & LICENSING
Our store specializes in the sale of digital goods, specifically 3D printing STL files. By purchasing our digital products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files.
**Restrictions on Use:**
 * You may **NOT** resell, share, distribute, or upload the digital files (STLs, OBJs, etc.) to any other website, platform, or cloud service for public access.
 * You may **NOT** claim the digital 3D models as your own original work.
 * The digital files are for personal use or for printing physical objects. Any commercial mass-production of physical objects using these files must comply with the specific licensing terms provided with the respective files.

SECTION 2 - DIGITAL DELIVERY & DOWNLOADS

Upon successful completion of payment, you will receive access to the digital files. Due to the large file size of our bundles, access may be provided via secured cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, Mega, etc.). It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary storage space and internet connection to download and store the files.

SECTION 3 - REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that digital files cannot be "returned," all sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept returns, or offer exchanges once the digital files have been downloaded or accessed. If you encounter a technical issue with a file or download link, please contact us for support.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 -INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
The 3D models and files sold on Ometrix3d represent a curated collection. All intellectual property rights belong to their respective original creators and designers. We do not claim ownership of the original copyright of third-party characters or branded assets included in large mixed bundles.

SECTION 6 -GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
