1. Digital Delivery Only
Please note that all products sold on Ometrix3d are strictly **digital products** (3D print STL files). No physical items, printed models, or hardware will be shipped to your postal address.
2. How You Will Receive Your Files
Upon successful completion and verification of your payment, your digital files will be delivered automatically. Due to the massive size of our bundles (up to 110TB), you will receive a PDF document or a direct link containing the access credentials to our secure cloud storage drives (e.g., Google Drive, Mega).
3. Delivery Time
Delivery is instant. You will receive an email containing your download links within minutes of your purchase. You will also be able to access the download links directly on the checkout confirmation page.
4. Issues with Delivery
If you do not receive the email with your download links within 15 minutes of purchase:
 * Please check your Spam or Junk email folder.
 * Ensure that the email address you provided during checkout is correct.
 * If you still cannot find it, please contact our support team immediately at   qop2n@outlook.com**, and we will manually resend your access links.
